Every bathroom is backed by Prosper Construction's Lifetime Workmanship Warranty: if the workmanship on your project turns out to be defective, it is repaired or replaced at no additional cost, for the lifetime of the structure.
What's covered
- All workmanship and installation performed by the team
- Tile work, grouting and waterproofing installations
- Plumbing and electrical work performed during the project
- Structural integrity of framing, drywall and built-ins
- Cabinetry installation and custom millwork
- Paint, trim and finish carpentry
- Final inspection and punch-list corrections
What's included
- Repair or replacement of any defective workmanship at no additional cost
- Work that meets or exceeds industry standards
What's excluded
The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Acts of nature or other external forces
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties. If there is an issue, contact us first.

We schedule a visit to assess it, typically within a few business days, and verify the defect before authorizing any repair or replacement.
We make it right
If the issue is covered, we arrange the repair or replacement of the defective workmanship at no additional cost.
