How we work
Three things we do differently.
We walk the bathroom before we quote it
Not a per-square-foot number over the phone. We look at the plumbing, the subfloor and the wall construction, because that is what determines the price in a state where most houses predate 1950.
The quote is fixed and itemized
Line by line, within 48 hours. No allowances designed to move later. If the scope changes, it is priced and signed before the work happens.
One crew, start to finish
The same crew lead from demo through the punch list, and the licensed trades scheduled around the job rather than squeezed in between others.
What we will not do.
We do not sell tub liners or one-day acrylic overlays, and we will not quote a bathroom over the phone before we have seen it. If a quick cover-up is genuinely the right call for your house, we will tell you that too.
