The fastest change that actually makes a bathroom feel new.
A vanity swap is the highest-impact thing you can do to a bathroom without a full remodel. It changes the focal point of the room, updates the fixtures you touch every day, and takes a fraction of the time and budget of a gut.
The part people underestimate is the plumbing. Old supply valves seize, P-traps do not line up with a new cabinet's cutout, and a vanity that is a different height or depth exposes unfinished wall and floor. We handle all of that rather than leaving you with a gap and a note.
We supply and install, or install what you have already bought. Either way the old unit goes with us and the room is clean when we leave.

Measure and specify
We measure the rough-in, the supply and drain positions and the clearances so the unit you pick actually fits the room.

Remove
Old vanity, top and basin out. Valves shut, lines drained, everything wrapped and carried out.

Set and plumb
New valves, new supplies, trap aligned, cabinet levelled and secured. Top set and sealed.
04
Finish
Faucet and drain assembly, caulk, wall patch where needed, leak test and cleanup.

Quartz tops
The default for durability. Non-porous, no sealing, and it handles daily use better than natural stone.
Undermount basins
Nothing to catch on the counter edge when wiping down. Requires a top rated for undermount.
Wall-hung vanities
Needs solid blocking in the wall. We add it while the unit is off if it is not already there.
Quarter-turn shut-offs
We replace old multi-turn valves as standard. They are the thing that fails when you need them most.
Worth knowing first
Things most contractors won't tell you.
A different footprint means wall and floor work
A narrower or wall-hung vanity exposes unfinished wall and sometimes untiled floor. We price patching up front rather than discovering it on the day.
Old valves usually will not reseat
Shut-offs that have not moved in twenty years tend to weep once disturbed. We replace them as standard rather than gambling.
Double vanities need the rough-in checked
Two basins usually means a second drain and supply set. Whether that is simple depends entirely on what is behind the wall.
Electrical is often out of date
Older vanity areas frequently lack GFCI protection. If we are touching the circuit we bring it to current code.
